Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before our operations team has purchased the physical Karnataka Government e-Stamp paper from Kaveri Online or the SHCIL counter.

Upon cancellation, 100% of the amount paid (₹599 / ₹699 / ₹999) will be refunded to your original payment method with zero deductions or hidden cancellation charges.

Under the rules of the Government of Karnataka Department of Stamps and Registration and the Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL), once an official e-Stamp certificate is generated, locked, and printed with the specific names of the Lessor (Owner) and Lessee (Tenant), the stamp paper becomes an indivisible legal financial instrument.

Therefore, if you choose to cancel after the e-Stamp certificate has already been purchased:

• The logistics and delivery courier fee can be refunded if the rider has not been dispatched.
• The physical stamped certificate remains your legal property, and we will deliver it to you or provide high-resolution scanned digital copies for your records.

Every EsyDocs physical agreement is encased in a protective moisture-resistant document folder. In the rare event that:

• The package is damaged, torn, or wet during transit by the Porter/Rapido courier rider.
• The courier rider fails to deliver the package to your specified Bangalore address.

We will immediately print and dispatch a fresh replacement copy at zero cost to you, or process an unconditional 100% refund upon receipt of proof.

Approved refunds are initiated immediately from our Razorpay merchant dashboard.
